Mark Cassidy Consulting is based in Germany and operates across the EU and UK. The consultancy focuses on two tracks: enabling engineering teams to work AI-First, and delivering legacy platform migrations at AI-leveraged economics. All consulting work is built on Claude Code as the primary development environment.
